Senior Platform Engineer - SCAYLE Payments (all genders)

SCAYLE Payments enablessmooth and innovative payment processesin the ABOUT YOU online fashion store, including the introduction of new marketplace functionalities. As asubsidiary of ABOUT YOU Group and a Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin)-regulated Payment Services Supervision Act (ZAG) institute, SCAYLE Paymentstakes care of all important aspects of payment transactions: From the integration of payment service providers andpayment methods at the Online-Fashion-Stores checkout to the deposit and payout processes of end customers and merchants. The team’s objective is tomake payment transactions in e-commerce simpler, safer, and future-oriented. 

• Evolvescalable AWS and Kubernetes setups usingTerraform
• Automate secureGitLab CI pipelines with integratedSAST/DAST testing
• LeadDatadog monitoring, proactive risk detection, and incident response
• Enforce IAM/RBAC, infrastructure hardening, and patch management
• Drivecredential security and threat detection usingGuardDuty and Falco
• Partner with engineering on architecture, audits, and compliance

• 5+ years in DevOps/SRE and3+ years in cloud security
• Production-levelAWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, and GitLab CI experience
• Proficiency inGo, Python, or JavaScript
• Familiarity withPostgreSQL and basic data pipelines like AWS Glue
• Hands-on experience withDatadog, GuardDuty, Falco, and cloud hardening
• Strong English communication skills and comfort in Agile teams
