Senior Pega Developer - Onsite

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Senior Pega Developer - Onsite position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC or Dallas, TX. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.

As a Senior Pega Developer, you will be responsible for the design and development of the overall application, including re-usable classes and frameworks. This role involves creating scalable and resilient solutions that meet both functional and non-functional requirements, with a focus on component and UI design within an Agile scrum environment.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement PEGA Enterprise Class Rules, Flows, Activities, Reports, Correspondence, and Case Management
• Develop and manage Integrations, Data Pages, Agents, Queue Processor and Job Scheduler, UI design, and Dashboards
• Perform BIX Troubleshooting and debugging
• Resolve Accessibility issues for UI in Theme Cosmos
• Automate testing, package deployment, verification, and application monitoring
• Handle Pega server configuration and Oracle database query optimization for performance testing
• Manage Stream and Search configuration, troubleshooting, and fixing issues identified in load volume tests
• Adhere to Agile scrum, Pega code reviews, guardrail compliance, and UI design system best practices including Pega Cosmos implementation

Requirements:

• PEGA CLSA or PEGA CSSA certification
• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Senior Pega Developer
• Proficiency in Pega / PegaRules Process Commander (PRPC)
• Experience with Oracle SQL / PLSQL
• Knowledge of JavaScript, Java, HTML, CSS3, SOAP, REST/JSON, XML, and UI/Cosmos

Desired skills:

• Experience with Agile Scrum, Jira, Bitbucket, and Jenkins
• Familiarity with Splunk, Kafka, and Hadoop
• Experience with Selenium, Microservices, APIs, and CI/CD tools
• Knowledge of deployment automation and unit test automation

Pay range:$74.51 - $82.51 per hour
