Senior Oracle DBA

We are looking for aSenior Oracle DBA to join a team responsible for managing and operating mission-critical database environments. If you have solid experience with Oracle platforms and are looking for a role where you can work autonomously while making a direct impact on system stability and performance, this opportunity could be for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the day-to-day operation of Oracle database environments, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• Manage Oracle infrastructures, performing installations, configurations, patching, and upgrades.
• Administer backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes using RMAN, Data Guard, and Commvault.
• Ensure database availability, security, and compliance, including access management and encryption mechanisms.
• Participate in migration, implementation, and infrastructure modernization projects.
• Create, maintain, and improve operational procedures and technical documentation.
• Drive automation, proactive monitoring, and continuous service improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams and other IT areas to ensure platform reliability and stability.

Desired Profile

• Minimum7 years of experience as an Oracle DBA.
• Strong hands-on experience withOracle Database 12c and 19c.
• Solid knowledge ofOracle Data Guard, ASM, RMAN, and Oracle Database Appliance (ODA).
• Experience withOracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) administration and monitoring.
• Experience withCommvault backup and recovery solutions.
• Good knowledge ofUnix/Linux environments, preferably Oracle Enterprise Linux.
• Experience withscripting and operational task automation.
• Proven background managinghigh-availability, production-critical environments.
• Knowledge ofMicrosoft SQL Server is considered a plus.

Languages:

• English (B2 level minimum) is mandatory.
• French is a plus.
