Pay Range: $17.5 /hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate high-volume copy machines and perform binding and finishing work.
  • Manage high-volume document imaging systems and related software.
  • Ensure convenience copiers are functioning properly through daily inspections and maintenance.
  • Distribute office supplies, mail, and faxes to designated locations.
  • Respond to service calls and coordinate job requests from customers.
  • Maintain records for management reports and inventory supplies.
  • Perform light maintenance duties and assist with building support functions as needed.
  • May require occasional overtime, including nights and weekends.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and email systems.
  • Ability to lift items weighing up to 50-55 lbs. and push/pull equipment weighing up to 700 lbs.
  • Valid driver’s license and minimum levels of auto insurance coverage per company policy (preferred).
  • Previous experience in a mailroom or similar environment.
  • Familiarity with document management systems.
