Senior Officer, Branch Manager, Consumer Banking Group

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the overall operations, sales, and customer service functions of the Kurumbapatti branch to achieve strategic business objectives.
• Drive business growth by acquiring new customers, deepening existing relationships, and promoting DBS banking products and services.
• Oversee branch compliance, risk management, and audit standards to ensure strict adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal policies.
• Mentor, coach, and develop branch staff to foster a high-performance culture and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Collaborate with regional and functional teams to implement strategic initiatives and optimize branch performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in branch banking, wealth management, or retail financial services, with a track record in a leadership or managerial role.
• Strong understanding of retail banking products, financial markets, and regulatory compliance standards.
• Demonstrated ability to drive sales performance, manage portfolio growth, and deliver customer-centric solutions.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills to guide a team and build strong client relationships.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification in Business, Finance, or a related field.
