THE JOB
Â
As Senior Office Manager, you’ll lead the Office Management team and take ownership of our German offices—from day-to-day facilities to workplace safety, budgets and the employee experience. - Create great joiner and leaver experiences, from ready-to-go workstations to smooth access handovers.
- Help bring our culture to life through team events, internal catering, wellbeing initiatives and clear office communications.
- Drive practical sustainability improvements across energy, waste and purchasing.
Â
This is a hands-on role with real ownership, ideal for someone who loves making workplaces work better for everyone.

- Experience in managing budgets, vendors, contracts and travel processes; confident with MS Office / Google Workspace and modern workplace tools (e.g. desk booking, ticketing systems)
- Excellent organisation, prioritisation and stakeholder management skills; high level of discretion
