Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Network Engineer responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and optimizing enterprise network infrastructure. This role involves leading network initiatives, supporting complex routing and switching environments, and ensuring network resilience, performance, and security.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Cisco technologies, routing protocols, switching architectures, and enterprise network tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate, define, and design network project scopes and objectives based on business requirements

• Provide technical support for the enterprise network environment, including installation, upgrades, monitoring, and optimization

• Identify, track, and manage lifecycle upgrades of network assets including:

  • Switches

  • Routers

  • Firewalls

  • Modems

  • Fiber optic infrastructure

  • Wireless access points

  • Network cabling

• Configure, maintain, and update LAN and WAN documentation

• Design, configure, and maintain complex switching environments utilizing:

  • Cisco ISR routers

  • Cisco Catalyst switches

  • Cisco IOS systems

• Implement and support hierarchical network infrastructure designs

Additional Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve wired and wireless network issues, including VLAN-related concerns

• Follow formal change control processes for documenting hardware and software modifications

• Evaluate network topology and develop strategies to improve network resilience and availability

• Support enterprise firewall environments and security configurations

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of hands-on network engineering experience

• Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) – Required

• Strong experience in enterprise routing and switching

• Experience managing LAN/WAN environments

• Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization skills

• Experience working within formal change management processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

• Experience with Cisco Firepower and Palo Alto firewalls

• Experience planning and implementing SD-Access solutions

• Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments
