Job Summary
We are seeking an experiencedSenior Network Engineer with strong expertise inCisco and Aruba technologies to support a large-scalenetwork refresh initiative. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in enterprise network environments, including routing, switching, and wireless infrastructure, along with excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supportnetwork refresh and upgrade projects across enterprise environments
- Design, configure, implement, and troubleshootCisco-based network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls)
- Deploy and manageAruba wireless solutions, including access points and controllers
- Performnetwork assessments, migrations, and optimization activities
- Troubleshoot complex network issues and provide timely resolution
- Work closely with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders for project execution
- Ensure network security, performance, and reliability best practices are followed
- Maintain accuratenetwork documentation, diagrams, and configurations
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as aNetwork Engineer in enterprise environments
- Strong hands-on experience withCisco technologies (routing, switching, LAN/WAN)
- Experience withAruba wireless networking (Client, controllers, Aruba Central)
- Proven experience innetwork refresh / upgrade projects
- Solid understanding ofnetwork protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, STP, etc.)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Cisco Certifications (CCNA, CCNP, or higher)
- Experience withnetwork monitoring tools and automation
- Exposure tocloud networking (AWS/Azure) is a plus
- Knowledge ofnetwork security concepts
