About the Role

We are looking for an experiencedSenior .NET Engineer with5+ years of hands-on experience in software development, strongtechnical analysis skills, andteam management abilities. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and deliveringsecure, high-quality software solutions, while mentoring and leading team members. This role requires a proactive, analytical mindset to assess technical challenges, define strategies, and implement innovative solutions effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery ofsecure, scalable software solutions using modern frameworks and best practices
• Conducttechnical analysis to break down complex problems and implement high-performance solutions
• Work in anagile, cross-functional team, driving continuous improvement in software design, techniques, and processes
• Providetechnical leadership, ensuring best practices in architecture, development, and deployment
• Manage and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing engineering culture
• Present and articulatetechnical solutions clearly and concisely to both internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure service delivery and quality standards are upheld within thespecialist technical development team

• 5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on.NET technologies
• Strong technical and analytical problem-solving skills, with experience handlingcomplex technical challenges
• Ability tolead and manage developers, providing mentorship and technical guidance
• Extensive experience in .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET
• Proficiency inmicroservices design patterns and architectures
• Experience inCI/CD setup and deployment
• Strong knowledge ofMicrosoft SQL Server
• Hands-on experience withAzure DevOps environments
• Experience withmigrating services, developing new features, and product innovation
• Desirable skills: Azure API Management, Azure Service Fabric, Azure Functions
