Job Location: Hybrid (Wednesdays in Silver Spring, MD)
Length: 9-12 months+

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive web application systems
- Manage a large portfolio of application requests with Client, PMs, and other developers
- Participate in code reviews, demos, and team knowledge-sharing
- Produce technical specifications for web initiatives and integrations
- Maintain, scale, and enhance web platforms
- Stay ahead of emerging web technologies and adopt relevant ones
Required Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years of hands-on development with Microsoft technologies
- Proven ability to create responsive applications across desktop, mobile, and tablet
- Core Technical Skills – C#, ASP.NET Framework/Core, .NET 5+, Entity Framework
- RESTful API development
- Architecture patterns (MVC, MVVM, MVM)
- Troubleshooting and debugging
- Creating architectural diagrams (UML, BPMN)
- Experience in Data Privacy implementation, preferably with DataGrail
- Soft Skills – Self-motivated with excellent time management, strong communicator and mentor
Preferred Qualifications:
- SQL Server, NoSQL (Cosmos DB)
- JavaScript frameworks (Node.js, Bootstrap, Foundation)
- Microservices architecture
- CI/CD tools, GitHub/TFS
- CMS/Commerce (Episerver preferred)
- Microsoft Dynamics, TDD
- Workflow/task management systems
