Job Overview

Altimetrik is seeking a highly skilledSenior .NET Developer / Tech Lead to join our engineering team supporting LPL Financials. This role focuses on building and enhancingcloud-native, mission-critical web applications for a high-performance order entry platform. The ideal candidate is a hands-on developer who codes daily, thrives in fast-paced Agile environments, and provides strong technical leadership across the team. You will partner with developers, QA engineers, DevOps, and Product Owners to deliver reliable, scalable, and high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintainhigh-volume, low-latency applications usingC#, .NET 6+, Angular, jQuery, MS SQL Server.

• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to translate functional requirements into effective technical designs.

• Participate inAgile ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning, estimation, and delivery activities.

• Performcode reviews, pair programming, and mentor junior team members to ensure coding best practices.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across UI, API, and database layers.

• Work closely with DevOps teams to deploy and maintain services inAWS cloud environments.

• Ensure development standards includingsecure coding, unit testing, CI/CD, and performance optimization are consistently upheld.

• Write and maintain clear and comprehensive technical documentation.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree inComputer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.

• 12+ years of hands-on experience with.NET (C#), Angular, JavaScript, and relational databases such as SQL Server.

• Minimum2+ years of experience working withAWS services (Lambda, ECS/EKS, API Gateway, S3, etc.).

• Strong knowledge ofOOP, design patterns, and foundational software engineering principles.

• Proven experience working with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern responsive UI frameworks.

• Hands-on experience usingGit, Visual Studio, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Practical experience working inAgile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as aTech Lead mentoring teams and guiding solution architecture.

• Experience working withmicroservices, event-driven systems, or serverless architectures.

• Strong understanding of logging, cloud monitoring, and application performance tuning.

• Experience writing automatedunit tests, integration tests, and implementing test frameworks.
