Position: Senior .Net/C# Developer (Senior SWE)
Location: Chandigarh (Onsite)

Role Summary
We are seeking a Senior .NET/C# Developer with 10+ years of software development experience to lead the design and delivery of secure, scalable, and high-performing enterprise applications and services. This hands-on technical leadership role will shape solution architecture, establish engineering standards, solve complex technical challenges, and mentor developers.
Key Responsibilities
  • Architect, develop, test, and maintain scalable applications, services, RESTful APIs, and integrations using C# and the .NET platform.
  • Lead technical design, code reviews, performance optimization, production readiness, and modernization of legacy .NET applications.
  • Define standards for code quality, automated testing, security, observability, documentation, and CI/CD.
  • Design and optimize data-access solutions using relational databases, SQL, and established object-relational mapping patterns.
  • Diagnose complex production issues, lead root-cause analysis, and implement durable corrective actions.
  • Partner with product, architecture, QA, security, DevOps, and data teams to translate business requirements into reliable technical solutions.
  • Mentor engineers and provide technical direction across complex initiatives.
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of professional software development experience with deep expertise in C# and .NET.
  • Advanced knowledge of object-oriented design, design patterns, asynchronous programming, dependency injection, and application architecture.
  • Extensive experience building web applications, services, and APIs using modern .NET technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, relational data modeling, data-access patterns, automated testing, application security, and performance engineering.
  • Experience with cloud platforms, Git-based workflows, CI/CD, containers, observability, and production support.
  • Proven architecture ownership, technical leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder-management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with microservices, event-driven architecture, messaging, caching, and distributed systems.
  • Experience modernizing large or business-critical .NET applications.
  • Relevant Microsoft, cloud, or security certification.
