Job Description:
Mode of Working: Hybrid (2 days a week)
- We are seeking an experienced Senior .NET Application Developer with strong hands-on expertise in C#, .NET Framework, Microsoft SQL Server, and T-SQL.
- The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in both back-end and front-end development, relational database design, and building and maintaining business applications. Candidates must demonstrate strong Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) skills, knowledge of software design patterns, and experience developing database-driven applications using Microsoft technologies.
- The selected candidate will collaborate with technical leads and cross-functional teams to review existing application designs, define future-state solutions, develop and test application features, and implement high-quality software solutions within an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Review existing application designs and collaborate with technical leads to define future-state architecture and solutions.
- Design, develop, test, debug, and implement application features using C# and .NET technologies.
- Develop and maintain both back-end and front-end components of business applications.
- Develop, optimize, and maintain Microsoft SQL Server queries, stored procedures, functions, and other database components using T-SQL.
- Design and maintain relational database models and implement efficient database-driven solutions.
- Apply Object-Oriented Programming principles, software design patterns, and coding best practices.
- Develop and maintain applications using ASP.NET MVC and related Microsoft technologies.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, application testing, troubleshooting, and implementation activities.
- Collaborate with technical leads, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum activities and contribute to the delivery of quality software features.
Candidates must have strong, hands-on experience in the following areas:
- 7+ years of professional software/application development experience, including both back-end and front-end development.
- C#: Strong hands-on programming and application development experience.
- .NET Framework: Practical experience developing and maintaining applications using the .NET Framework.
- Microsoft SQL Server: Strong SQL Server development experience.
- T-SQL: Proficiency in writing and working with SQL queries.
- Stored Procedures and Functions: Experience developing and maintaining SQL Server stored procedures and functions.
- Relational Database Modeling: Strong understanding of relational database design and database concepts.
- ASP.NET MVC: Hands-on experience developing and maintaining MVC-based applications.
- Object-Oriented Programming: Strong understanding of OOP principles and software design patterns.
- Full Software Development Lifecycle: Experience with application design, development, testing, debugging, and implementation.
- Agile/Scrum: Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
