POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mobile Fullstack Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in mobile application development using Flutter for Android and iOS, backend development using Node.js, and Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure, including Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines and CloudWatch monitoring.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality mobile applications, building reliable backend services, optimizing application performance, and ensuring efficient deployment and monitoring processes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality mobile applications using Flutter for Android and iOS platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, design solutions, and deliver new features.
• Build and maintain efficient, reusable, scalable, and reliable backend services using Node.js.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline application development and deployment.
• Monitor and optimize application performance using AWS CloudWatch.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, encourage knowledge sharing, and promote continuous improvement.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies, mobile development trends, and industry best practices.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience as a Mobile Fullstack Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Flutter for Android and iOS.
• Strong proficiency in backend development using Node.js.
• Solid understanding of AWS infrastructure, including CI/CD processes and CloudWatch monitoring.
• Experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs and working with third-party libraries and services.
• Familiarity with Git and version control practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with additional mobile development frameworks and programming languages.
• Knowledge of additional AWS services and cloud technologies.
• Contributions to open-source projects or a strong portfolio of personal or professional projects.
