We are looking for a creative and dedicatedMarketing Specialist to join our team, with a clear focus on Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding.

In this role, you will be central to maintaining and enhancing our company's brand awareness - both internally and externally, with a primary focus on digital platforms, communications and events. You will take ownership of employer branding communications for EPAM Bulgaria, bringing your passion for technology, creative mindset, and stellar storytelling skills to the table.

Working closely with CEE Employer Branding and communications teams, People (HR) teams, and our global Talent Marketing organization, you'll help us keep brand awareness high and grow brand affinity by creating innovative ways to attract prospective employees and engage current ones.

Responsibilities

• Drive communication with a special focus on social media, content generation, internal communication and creating visuals
• Enhance EPAM's employer branding in alignment with the company's core values, while also considering local characteristics
• Craft comprehensive plans for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram and YouTube, ensuring the content aligns with the company's brand identity and objectives
• Manage both organic and paid campaigns, and track their performance
• Generate engaging content, including articles, blog posts and reels, that reflect our brand's voice in EPAM Bulgaria
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate content creation, brainstorm creative EB campaigns, and optimize social media performance
• Champion internal communications initiatives; create internal posts/newsletters to keep everyone updated about company news
• Develop rich visual content like reels, photos, videos, infographics, and more to enhance our brand image
• Provide support in the organization of various events such as meetups, tech conferences, among others to promote the company's brand
• Participate in global/regional EPAM working groups across various areas

Requirements

• 2–3 years of proven experience in marketing communications, employer branding, or event management (IT industry background strongly preferred)
• Proficiency in communication in both English and Bulgarian and strong interpersonal skills
• Exceptional content creation skills, with an ability to produce engaging, error-free content
• Designer skills, familiar with tools like Canva and/or Figma
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective audience, and how they can be deployed in different scenarios
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools and AI-powered content creation platforms for marketing and branding
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and hands-on experience with Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns would be a strong plus
• Adaptability and flexibility in quickly changing environments
• Solid knowledge of photo and video editing tools
• Understanding of the IT industry and ability to turn a set of technical terms into mass communication
• Openness, creative skills, and ability to think out of the box
• Native Bulgarian
• High Level of written and spoken English
