Duration: 12 months
Daily Responsibilities:
- Source-to-Pay Technology Strategy: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop, plan, and execute integrated Source-to-Pay strategies, with a focus on Procurement Intake & Orchestration processes.
- Initiative Management: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic engagements, ensuring alignment with technology enablement and change management best practices.
- Requirements Gathering & Documentation: Partner with SMEs and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment with strategic goals.
- Process Design & Optimization: Design and refine end-to-end procurement processes, leveraging best practices and innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with SMEs across all functional groups to gather requirements, understand processes, and design solutions that address diverse business needs.
- Leadership & Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with Procurement, Business Units, and cross-functional teams to drive successful technology adoption and alignment.
Must have skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Procurement S2P Technologies including Intake & Orchestration tool and process design.
- Strong expertise in technology enablement and change management.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional collaboration, gather requirements, and document processes effectively.
- Expert-level skills in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel: pivots, complex logic, lookups).
- Exceptional critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Courage to challenge the status quo and drive innovation.
Nice to have skills:
- Experience with Procurement or Source-to-Pay Solutions (Ivalua and Coupa)
- Product Management
- MBA and/or similar discipline with Technology or Analytics focus
