- Design AI-enabled research workflows and agents, pairing each use case with the right tool in the client’s existing AI toolkitÂ
- Build in clear verification and human review steps so AI-assisted research meets professional and risk standardsÂ
- Coordinate testing with client users, gather feedback, and refine workflows before wider rolloutÂ

- Work with vendors on behalf of clients to clarify roles in workflow build, raise product gaps, and influence roadmap fixesÂ
- Track and translate vendor product updates into clear, practical guidance for clients and internal teamsÂ
- Represent Harbor at vendor briefings, partner programmes, and industry eventsÂ
Training, Adoption & Post-Launch SupportÂ
- Develop and deliver AI training for research teams and lawyers, including live sessions, quick-start guides, how-to videos, and office hoursÂ
- Create repeatable launch playbooks that help clients roll out new AI platforms with confidenceÂ
- Provide ongoing support after go-live, filling the gap that vendors often leave after initial rollout trainingÂ
- Help clients measure adoption and value so they can show the return on their AI investmentsÂ

- Lead AI and platform training for Harbor’s research and intelligence teams, from foundational skills to advanced useÂ
- Develop internal guidance on the responsible use of AI tools in client workÂ
- Capture what we learn from client engagements and turn it into reusable methods, templates, and service offeringsÂ
- Contribute to Harbor thought leadership on AI and the evolving role of research and knowledge teamsÂ
Qualifications:Â
- Master’s degree in Library and Information Science (MLIS), JD, or other relevant advanced degree preferredÂ
- Significant experience in legal research, knowledge management, or information services within a law firm, professional services, or corporate legal environmentÂ
- Hands-on experience with generative AI legal tools such as Harvey, Legora, CoCounsel, Lexis+ AI, or Westlaw AI-Assisted Research, including designing or testing AI-enabled workflowsÂ
- Deep familiarity with legal and business research platforms such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, and Bloomberg LawÂ
- Proven experience in a client-facing advisory, consulting, or service delivery role, with the confidence to engage partners, department heads, and innovation leadersÂ
- Experience working with vendors on product implementation, feedback, or partnership programmesÂ
- Strong track record designing and delivering training and driving adoption of new technologyÂ
