Seeking a Senior Manager with 7 to 11 years of experience to lead Agile projects focusing on ValueDriven Delivery within the Scrum management family

Job Description

Lead strategic planning and execution of Agile projects ensuring alignment with organizational goals and Agile principles Implement and maintain project governance frameworks to ensure compliance quality and risk mitigation Drive valuedriven delivery by collaborating with crossfunctional teams in Agile environments Facilitate effective stakeholder communication and engagement throughout the project lifecycle Utilize Scrum management practices to optimize team performance and project outcomes

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans including timelines milestones and resource allocation

Manage project scope changes effectively to maintain objectives and deliverables

Establish and enforce project governance standards methodologies and tools

Identify assess and mitigate project risks and issues maintaining RAID logs and facilitating escalation processes

Drive Agile ceremonies ensuring adherence to Agile ValueDriven Delivery principles

Coordinate with stakeholders to manage expectations and provide regular status updates

Prepare dashboards and reports for senior management to track project progress

Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to operational excellence
