What you'll do...

Lead execution of multiple business plans by identifying needs, setting priorities, and removing obstacles to ensure performance targets are met.
Supervise and develop associates through mentoring, coaching, and performance evaluations to build a collaborative team environment.
Partner with senior leaders to define goals, assess risks, and communicate program requirements to stakeholders and executive leadership.
Drive continuous process improvements by conducting gap analyses, implementing best practices, and aligning initiatives with company strategy.
Evaluate program performance using data analysis and recommend adjustments to optimize outcomes and cost-effectiveness.
Foster strong cross-functional collaboration to enhance service and product capabilities.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
