Job Description
About the role
Â
Savage X Fenty is seeking a Senior Manager of Operations to lead cross-functional projects and ongoing operational execution across our wholesale and direct-to-consumer (DTC) business.
Â
Reporting to the VP of Strategy & Data, this role connects brand teams, shared services and external partners to deliver business priorities. We’re looking for a hands-on, self-directed operator who can turn business needs into action, resolve operational issues and drive work from planning through launch and ongoing delivery. The role’s scope will evolve with business needs.
Â
What you’ll do
- Serve as project manager for key wholesale programs and cross-functional business initiatives, leading planning, readiness and execution.
- Lead coordination across brand teams, shared services and external partners to align priorities, clarify responsibilities and drive delivery.
- Own assigned brand-side operational activities, ensuring requirements are implemented and issues are resolved.
- Establish operating plans and processes for new initiatives, working with functional owners to define requirements, dependencies and handoffs.
- Identify operational gaps, develop solutions and drive cross-functional execution to resolve them.
- Translate business needs into operational and systems requirements, coordinating implementation and validation with relevant teams.
- Manage timelines, dependencies and risks; provide clear status updates and escalate decisions with recommendations.
- Follow through after launch to ensure ongoing execution and address recurring issues.
- Lead ad hoc projects and support emerging business priorities as needs evolve.
Â
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years of relevant operations experience, including wholesale and DTC operations.
- Hands-on experience executing and coordinating workflows across order management, inventory, fulfillment, supply chain, technology or customer operations.
- Experience working with ERP, order management or warehouse systems, with an understanding of how data and operational activities connect; familiarity with EDI is a plus.
- A self-starter who takes initiative, brings structure to ambiguity and follows through with limited direction.
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills, with a track record of driving work across multiple teams and priorities.
- Clear communication, sound judgment and the ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
- Ideal candidate brings foundational AI literacy, including experience using generative AI tools, and a proactive mindset to experiment with new technologies to drive productivity and innovation.Â
- Experience in consumer products or apparel, club retail, and working with shared services or external fulfillment partners is highly preferred.
