Job Title:Senior Manager, Global IBP & Inventory Management
Location: Tempe, AZ (Onsite – 4 days/week)
Position Type: Full-Time

TheSenior Manager – Global Integrated Business Planning (IBP) & Inventory Management will lead the implementation, execution, and continuous improvement of the IBP process for a global business unit. This role partners with cross-functional leaders acrossproduct, demand, supply, and finance to ensure alignment, optimize decision-making, and drive business performance.
This position plays acritical leadership role in orchestrating monthly IBP cycles, facilitating executive-level reviews, and ensuring data-driven strategic decisions across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
IBP Leadership & Strategy
  • Lead end-to-endIBP implementation and governance across the business unit
  • Define IBP vision and align with global processes
  • Drive adoption and organizational change management
IBP Process Execution
  • Orchestrate all IBP stages:
    • Portfolio Review
    • Demand Review
    • Supply Review
    • Integrated Reconciliation
    • Management Business Review (MBR)
  • LeadIntegrated Reconciliation (IR) and facilitateMBR meetings
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with:
    • Finance
    • Product Management
    • Supply Chain
    • Demand Planning teams
  • Ensure alignment acrossfinancial, operational, and strategic goals
Operational & Financial Alignment
  • Ensure all functions operate withaligned forecasts and data
  • Provide insights on revenue, margin, and demand variability
  • Identify risks and developgap-closing strategies
Process Improvement & Analytics
  • Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Enhance IBP tools, reporting, and data quality
  • Utilize tools likePower BI / QlikView for data visualization
Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Act as advisor to executive leadership
  • Present recommendations and business scenarios
  • Lead cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges
Must-Have Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or related field
  • 3+ years experience in:
    • Integrated Business Planning (IBP) / S&OP
    • Demand Planning / Supply Planning
  • Strong experience leadingMonthly Business Reviews (MBR)
  • Provenproject management and cross-functional leadership
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience withdata visualization tools (Power BI, QlikView, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's Degree / MBA
  • Experience inmedical device or healthcare industry
  • Advanced knowledge of IBP systems and tools
  • Strong finance and accounting understanding
  • Experience drivingorganizational change and process transformation
