Senior Manager – Finance (Global MSP Programs | 35+ Countries)

We are seeking an experiencedSenior Manager – Finance to lead globalAccounts Receivable (AR) andAccounts Payable (AP) operations for large-scaleMSP programs spanning 35+ countries. This role will manage client billing, collections, vendor payments, multi-currency reconciliations, and compliance acrossNorth America, EMEA, and APAC regions.

• Lead global AR/AP operations for MSP programs using VMS platforms such asFieldglass, Beeline, VNDLY, and Workday.
• Oversee timely invoicing, collections, dispute resolution, and driveDSO reduction.
• Manage global contractor and vendor payments, ensuring compliance with local statutory and tax requirements.
• Driveautomation and process efficiency through ERP and AI/RPA tools (e.g.,NetSuite, SAP, Oracle).
• Collaborate with MSP client teams, delivery leaders, payroll, and finance stakeholders to streamline financial operations.
• Provideexecutive-level reporting on cash flow, receivables aging, and AP liabilities across regions.

• Bachelor’s degree inFinance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or CPA/CMA preferred).
• 8–15+ years of AR/AP experience, including3–5 years managing global finance operations.
• Prior experience inMSP/VMS environments strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge ofglobal tax, statutory regulations, and compliance frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with majorERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Workday).
• Proficiency inVMS platforms such as Beeline, Fieldglass, and Workday VNDLY.
• Excellentanalytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to operate across multiple time zones while managinghigh-volume, cross-border financial processes.
