About the Role

We are looking for a talentedExperience Designer to join our team, working across enterprise IT, consulting, and large-scale sales environments.

This is a multidisciplinary role that brings togetherUX and experience design, user research, persona-led storytelling, and visual narrative strategy. You will design experiences ranging from early-stage concepts and enterprise product interfaces to high-impact executive presentations and strategic large-deal pursuit materials.

You will translate complex business, user, and stakeholder requirements into intuitive and compelling experiences that communicate ideas with clarity and drive meaningful business outcomes.

Working closely with designers, developers, business analysts, solution architects, sales leaders, product teams, and delivery managers, you will operate in fast-paced, Agile environments and leverage emerging AI tools to enhance creative efficiency and quality.

Key Responsibilities

Experience & Product Design

• Lead end-to-end UX and experience design, from discovery and research synthesis through wireframes, prototypes, interaction design, and final specifications.
• Conduct and synthesize user research, including interviews, usability testing, and surveys, to inform personas, journey maps, and design decisions.
• Translate complex workflows and data-intensive interfaces into intuitive, accessible experiences for technical and non-technical users.
• Design and facilitate workshops, co-creation sessions, and design sprints with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain scalable design systems, component libraries, and interaction guidelines.
• Partner with product managers, developers, and engineers to maintain design integrity throughout development, handoff, and QA.
• Design digital touchpoints and experiences that support enterprise products, strategic proposals, and large-deal engagements.

Visual Narrative & Large-Deal Enablement

• Create persuasive, visually compellingbid presentations, proposal decks, and executive-level pitch materials for large and strategic deals.
• Translate complex stakeholder requirements and solution concepts into clear visual narratives, conceptual diagrams, ecosystem maps, and capability showcases.
• Collaborate with pursuit teams, solution architects, sales leaders, and other stakeholders to align visual storytelling with the overall commercial strategy.
• Develop reusable slide libraries, presentation frameworks, templates, and brand-compliant design assets to accelerate future pursuits.
• Tailor visual narratives to each client's industry, business context, language, and priorities rather than relying on generic templates.
• Support live client presentations, workshops, and co-creation sessions, including real-time design adaptation where required.

Delivery, Standards & AI Augmentation

• Own the quality, consistency, and visual integrity of design deliverables, ensuring alignment with brand and accessibility standards.
• Leverage AI-assisted design and productivity tools to accelerate ideation and production while maintaining a high standard of design craftsmanship.
• Manage multiple concurrent workstreams, balancing longer-term product deliverables with time-sensitive bid and proposal deadlines.
• Maintain an organised, version-controlled design repository that can be easily accessed and leveraged by distributed teams.
• Contribute to a culture of design excellence through knowledge sharing, peer reviews, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong professional experience inExperience Design, UX/UI Design, Interaction Design, or a closely related discipline.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating bothproduct/UX design andhigh-impact presentation, proposal, or visual storytelling work.
• Expert-level proficiency inFigma, including components, auto-layout, prototyping, and design systems.
• Proven experience conducting user research and translating insights into effective design decisions.
• Demonstrated experience designing for complex, enterprise-scaleB2B, SaaS, or technology environments.
• Strong visual design capabilities across typography, hierarchy, colour, composition, and layout.
• Ability to simplify complex business, technical, and data-driven concepts through clear visual communication.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality work within demanding timelines.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage with and present work to senior stakeholders and executives.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Experience supportinglarge-deal pursuits, RFP/RFI responses, strategic bids, or sales enablement initiatives.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted design and productivity tools such asAdobe Firefly, Midjourney, Gemini, Claude, and Topaz.
• Background inservice design, design thinking facilitation, experience strategy, or workshop facilitation.
• Understanding ofWCAG 2.1 AA and inclusive design principles.
• Degree or equivalent qualification inInteraction Design, Graphic Design, HCI, Commercial Arts, or a related discipline.
