Qualifications:

  • Industry: Strong Chemical Manufacturing experience required
  • Digital Transformation: Experience in Digital Transformation from any industry is acceptable
  • Key focus: Business transformation, operational improvement, strategy, process optimization, and digital initiatives
  • Leadership: Strong stakeholder management, cross-functional leadership, and senior/CXO-level exposure
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or MBA.
