Purpose-led workyou’ll be part of 

As a Director / Senior Manager,you’llbe responsible for leading the Data Transformation and Governance service offering within PwC’sData,Analytics &AI Consulting’s team.You’llengage directly with clients to capture the benefits and complexities of transformationprogrammes, secureengagementsand lead teams in the implementation of multi-year transformationprogrammes.  

Role & Responsibilities: 

• Lead the winning and delivery of enterprise-level data transformation solutions (e.g. data integration, data quality, workflow automation, advancedanalytics and reporting) 

• Engage with senior leadership at clients to investigate underlying business problems andidentify solutions. Bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementations. 

• Act as a technical SME to develop solutions and strategies to solve complex data challenges 

• Provide deep technical knowledge and guide Solution Architects to ensure compliance with data transformation best practices 

• Collaborate and lead tender and proposal response processes, driving the translation of technical jargon into business language 

• Align with Portfolio Management and verify budget and resource commitment to create and support data transformation roadmaps 

As a Director/ Senior Manager in PwC, you will be expectedto also:  

• Lead business development activities toidentify opportunities on new/existing clients 

• Develop market awareness of PwC’s technology brand and service offerings 

• Continue to develop industry relationships and your PwC brand 

• Lead, train, coach and supervise a small team of technical resources 

• Lead the development of your own and team’s technical acumen 

• Lead a portfolio of clients, while reporting to Partners 

• Lead thefinancial management of clients 

• Establish strong working relationships with senior business, technology and change management stakeholders, in thecapacity of a trusted advisor on Data matters 

• Establish strategic alliances, and lead joint ventures with key IT suppliers and business partners 

• Communicate the practical implications of architectural decisions, issues and plans to executive, business, technicaldelivery and IT management stakeholders 

Your Profile:  

• Proventrack record ofsuccessfully delivering complex projects within a consulting or professional services environment 

• Extensive experience in designing and implementing multi-year Data Transformations in core technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP)   

• Minimum15years experience in solution design and technical delivery with at least3 years leading data transformations(e.g. integration, database, business logic, infrastructure, and non-functional considerations) 

• BA/BS degree in Information System Management, ComputerScienceand/orequivalent experience with Data Architecture frameworkse.g.TOGAF 

• Adaptable and flexible in dynamic, highly changeable environments. Able tothrivein self-directedworkplaces. 

• Experience leading and inspiring teams of technical consultants onshore,nearshore and offshore 

• Experience with large-scale Data strategy development across at least two industry sectors 

• Experience mentoringjunior team members and managing day-to-day activities of the team 

• Demonstrated ability toidentify new opportunities and solutions 

• Knowledge of key data trends (e.g. AI andmachine learning integration, cloud data solutions, data collaboration and sharing, datademocratisation)
