Summary

Senior Manager, Contracts Systems & Integrations to serve as the functional systems lead in subject matter expert for Contracts enterprise applications and business integrations. This role will lead Contracts functional execution for Oracle Fusion implementations, business-unit integrations, acquisitions, system enhancements, and related enterprise transformation initiatives.

The Senior Manager will serve as the primary bridge between Contracts business requirements and technical delivery, ensuring that contract lifecycle, reporting and other needed requirements are appropriately incorporated into enterprise system design.

This position will have primary responsibility for contracts- related system integration activities associated with bringing existing and newly acquired businesses into AV’s enterprise environment, including requirements definition, process mapping, data conversion, configuration validation, testing, cutover, and continuous improvement.

This is a systems and transformation role rather than a day-to-day contract administration position.

Position Responsibilities

  • Serve as the Contracts functional lead and SME for Oracle Fusion and related enterprise systems.
  • Lead Contracts system integration activities for acquisitions, business-unit migrations, and enterprise implementations.

  • Support end-to-end contract and order management processes, including customer setup, awards, funding, modifications, billing, and closeout.
  • Lead Contracts data mapping, conversion, validation, and reconciliation activities.
  • Support Integrations between Oracle Fusion, TechnoMile, Salesforce, Unanet, and other business systems.
  • Maintain system requirements, process maps, data mappings, business rules, and related documentation.
  • Lead Contracts participation in system testing, including SIT, UAT, regression testing, and production validation.
  • Identify, track, and support resolution of system defects and integration issues.
  • Support cutover, go-live, and post-implementation stabilization activities.
  • Evaluate system changes for operational, compliance, reporting, and downstream impacts.
  • Support governance of Contracts-related system enhancements and configuration changes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce manual work, and strengthen data quality.
  • Develop repeatable processes and standards for future business and acquisition integrations.
  • Develop training materials, job aids, and system guidance for Contracts users.
  • Communicate project status, risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions to leadership.
  • Coordinate with system integrators, consultants, and other external partners as needed.
  • Ensure system processes support company policies, government contracting requirements, internal controls, and data integrity.
