Job Title: Senior Looker BI Consultant (Product-Focused)
Location: LATAM (Remote)
Aligned to U.S. time zones
Engagement Model
Initial 2-month contract with strong intent to extend into a 12-month engagement
POD-based delivery model (cross-functional, product-driven team)
Role Overview
We are looking for Senior Looker BI Consultants to join a high-impact Data & AI Product POD supporting a fast-scaling real estate technology organization.
This is not a reporting-only role. You will work closely with Data, AI, and Product leaders to design, build, and evolve analytics products that drive executive decision-making.
The ideal consultant is someone who can translate complex data into clear business narratives, challenge assumptions, and help leadership see around corners using data.
Key Responsibilities
Analytics & Visualization
- Design and build advanced dashboards and analytics experiences using Looker / Looker Studio
- Develop and maintain LookML models, explores, views, and measures aligned to business KPIs
- Create scalable semantic layers that support multiple teams and use cases
- Ensure data accuracy, performance optimization, and governance best practices
- Partner with Data Engineers to model data in BigQuery
- Apply strong data modeling principles (facts, dimensions, grain, aggregation)
- Write and validate SQL queries for complex analytical use cases
- Collaborate with Python-based data pipelines and transformations
- Work directly with senior stakeholders to understand business questions and outcomes
- Translate ambiguous requirements into structured analytical solutions
- Provide visual storytelling that clearly explains trends, drivers, and risks
- Confidently challenge leadership assumptions when data suggests alternative insights
- Support analytics use cases that feed into Agentic AI and autonomous AI workflows
- Design dashboards and metrics that enable AI-driven decision systems
- Partner with Product and AI teams to ensure analytics aligns with digital product strategy
Required Skills & Experience
Must-Have
- 6+ years of experience in BI, Analytics, or Data Consulting
- Strong hands-on expertise with:
- Looker / Looker Studio
- LookML (advanced modeling)
- SQL (BigQuery preferred)
- Proven experience building executive-facing dashboards
- Strong understanding of data modeling and analytics architecture
- Excellent spoken and written English communication
- Experience working directly with U.S.-based stakeholders
- Experience in real estate, marketplaces, or consumer-facing platforms
- Exposure to Python-based analytics or data pipelines
- Familiarity with AI-driven analytics or Agentic AI concepts
- Prior experience working in POD-based or product-centric teams
