Senior Logistics specialist

Location: Dammam – 2nd Industrial City

Job Summary:

Responsible for overseeing end-to-end logistics operations, including import shipments, transportation, and coordination with suppliers and service providers to ensure smooth and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor import shipments and customs clearance processes

• Coordinate with freight forwarders and transporters

• Control and track Proof of Delivery (POD)

• Resolve shipment issues and avoid delays

• Prepare weekly delivery forecasts and coordinate with Supply Chain

• Review freight pricing and select appropriate logistics partners

• Ensure timely submission of freight invoices and resolve disputes

• Monitor transporter performance and ensure truck availability

Requirements:

• Saudi National

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field

• Over 5 years of Logistics experience in Saudi Arabia

• Strong knowledge of import processes, customs clearance, and SABER system

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Skills:

• Problem-solving and decision-making

• Strong communication skills.
