About The Role This is an exciting opportunity to shape and lead logistics strategy across a complex, multi-country manufacturing network spanning approximately 30 locations throughout Europe and Africa. As Senior Logistics Manager, EMEA, you will be responsible for optimising transportation, carrier management, logistics technology, and supply chain performance, ensuring products move efficiently, cost-effectively, and reliably across our business.
Working closely with procurement, manufacturing, customer service, planning, and global supply chain teams, you will play a critical role in delivering service excellence to customers while driving meaningful cost savings, operational improvements, and greater visibility across the logistics network.
Success in this role will be measured not only by freight performance and cost optimisation, but by your ability to build strong partnerships, standardise best practices, mitigate risk, embrace technology, and influence logistics strategy at both regional and global levels.
