• Advise and support management on all legal-related issues.
• Provide extensive legal counsel; negotiate andreview software license andservice agreements from partners, suppliers, and our customers worldwide.
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations, including but not limited to the further development of EQS Group’s internal compliance structure.
• Participation in the further development ofstandard contracts andgeneral terms andconditions.
• Various project work, e.g., review and consistent updating of contract forms in the respective national language, as well as the follow-up of contract translations.
• Supporting sales in structuring transactions and accelerating the sales contracting process.

• University degree in law.
• Proven experience practicing independently or in the legal department of a technology company, ideally with a focus onsoftware license and service agreements and aninternational environment. 
• Proficient communication skills inEnglish and French (C1). Another European language is a plus.
• Understanding ofeconomic contexts.
• Enjoys a highly collaborative environment andinterdisciplinary work.  
• High service orientation as well as anindependent andresult-oriented way of working.
• Negotiating skills and the ability to work effectively and efficiently under pressure.
• Ability toefficiently handle changing tasks under time pressure and to set the required priorities.
