- 5+ years of experience in platform engineering, infrastructure engineering, or application platform operations.
- 4–5+ years of hands-on Kubernetes experience, including at least 2–3 years with GKE or another managed Kubernetes platform.
- 2–3+ years supporting microservices platforms in production environments.
- Strong troubleshooting expertise across Kubernetes workloads, networking, and ingress layers.
- Proficiency in:
- GKE cluster design and operations
- Kubernetes RBAC, namespaces, and policies
- Helm, Kustomize, YAML, and GitOps deployment models
