Senior Java Developer

Responsibilities

• Create and evolve durable software platforms that meet organizational objectives and engineering quality expectations
• Offer technical insight during architectural planning sessions to help shape project direction
• Liaise with business, product, and technology colleagues to maintain delivery momentum and quality standards
• Provide detailed feedback on teammate code to support clean, stable, and sustainable software development
• Identify the source of complex technical problems and coordinate effective remediation across the development lifecycle
• Guide less experienced developers through knowledge transfer, mentoring, and ongoing technical assistance
• Support project preparation by refining scope, evaluating risks, and supplying realistic time estimates
• Evaluate emerging engineering practices and introduce techniques that improve the team’s daily effectiveness
• Maintain accessible documentation of key system decisions and procedures to simplify future codebase support
• Collaborate with stakeholders to convert objectives into clear requirements and aligned delivery results

Requirements

• No fewer than three years of practical experience in software engineering or a comparable technical capacity
• Hands-on knowledge of AI tools and concepts that can be leveraged to improve technical solution development
• Thorough command of Java Core principles and object-oriented programming approaches
• Proven background using Java 8 functionality in applied development projects
• Capability to leverage Spring Boot for backend service delivery and ongoing maintenance
• Experience operating applications or infrastructure within Microsoft Azure cloud environments
• Knowledge of Amazon Web Services for cloud rollout, hosting, and operational oversight
• Familiarity with CI/CD concepts that enable automated, consistent software build and deployment practices
• Strong SQL capability for accessing and maintaining structured information in relational databases
• Track record of designing service-oriented solutions through microservices architecture patterns
• Practical skills in building REST API integrations and connecting to external service endpoints
• Strong understanding of unit testing methods for sustaining high-quality and reliable applications
• Familiarity with NoSQL technologies that integrate effectively with Java development environments
• Fluent English skills at B2 level or above
