Senior Java Developer

We invite an experienced Senior Java Developer with AI expertise to become part of our engineering team. Responsibilities

• Build and evolve resilient applications that can scale effectively while meeting organizational and technical demands
• Influence project architecture by contributing thoughtful recommendations during technical planning discussions
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to achieve timely delivery of well-crafted software
• Provide detailed feedback on peer code changes to promote clean, consistent, and maintainable implementations
• Identify the sources of complex technical problems and carry fixes through to successful resolution
• Mentor junior developers through hands-on guidance that supports their professional and technical development
• Support project preparation by sharing estimates, identifying dependencies, and helping define the planned scope
• Evaluate emerging technical practices and incorporate relevant improvements into daily development work
• Create and maintain documentation that explains important design choices, processes, and system behavior
• Communicate directly with stakeholders to clarify business requirements and ensure solution alignment

Requirements

• No fewer than three years of professional practice in software development or a related area
• Practical awareness of AI concepts and platforms that can be leveraged in engineering processes and solution design
• Deep proficiency in Java Core principles and object-oriented development methodologies
• Demonstrated experience working with Java 8 and its associated functionality
• Experience using Spring Boot to deliver and maintain backend-focused systems
• Background in building or operating solutions on Microsoft Azure
• Familiarity with Amazon Web Services for cloud deployment and infrastructure management
• Working knowledge of CI/CD automation for repeatable integration, testing, and release processes
• Strong SQL skills for managing and querying structured relational data
• History of designing and delivering service-based systems using microservices architecture
• Experience implementing REST APIs and integrating them into broader application landscapes
• Proficiency in unit testing practices that help ensure reliable and maintainable software
• Familiarity with Java-oriented NoSQL database solutions
• Fluency in English at B2 level or above for written and verbal communication
