Responsibilities

• Engineer robust applications that can expand with business needs while satisfying technical design expectations
• Participate in solution-planning conversations by providing recommendations that influence architectural direction
• Coordinate with cross-functional colleagues to ensure work is completed within planned timelines and expected quality levels
• Assess pull requests from peers and offer constructive improvements that uphold clean coding practices
• Analyze complex technical problems across the delivery lifecycle and carry fixes through to resolution
• Guide less experienced engineers by sharing expertise and helping them develop confidence in their work
• Join project-planning activities to define deliverables, estimate effort, and identify key dependencies
• Monitor advancements in the technology field and adopt methods that bring measurable value to team operations
• Maintain detailed records of system choices, processes, and implementation approaches to support future maintenance
• Work with business partners to clarify priorities and align final delivery with their intended results

Requirements

• A minimum of three years of hands-on experience in a relevant software development or technical position
• Applied familiarity with artificial intelligence tools and methods that enhance solution design and engineering workflows
• Deep understanding of core Java concepts and object-oriented development techniques
• Demonstrated experience applying Java 8 capabilities in real-world application development
• Experience developing and maintaining backend applications through Spring Boot
• Practical background operating in Microsoft Azure cloud environments
• Awareness of Amazon Web Services for cloud application deployment and infrastructure management
• Understanding of automated CI/CD practices for reliable build, testing, and delivery pipelines
• Ability to write SQL queries and manage relational database structures effectively
• Proven experience designing independently deployable services using microservices principles
• Experience exposing REST endpoints and integrating systems through RESTful interfaces
• Ability to write unit tests that verify software behavior and protect implementation quality
• Working knowledge of NoSQL data platforms suitable for Java-based applications
• B2-level English proficiency or higher for clear written and verbal communication
