Senior IT Specialist

About the job

We are looking for an experiencedSenior IT Specialist to take broad operational ownership within Novacura's global Corporate IT function.

This is a senior specialist role combining IT operations, technical breadth, service management, supplier coordination and continuous improvement. You will independently own assigned IT capabilities and ensure that activities are initiated, coordinated, followed up and completed, whether the work is performed internally or by our external service providers.

Your responsibilities will span Microsoft 365, identity and access management, endpoints and workplace technology, cloud and infrastructure operations, IT service management, applications, asset and license management, local IT coordination and operational resilience.

You will work closely with our managed service providers and Local IT Coordinators across Novacura's international organization. You will also coordinate the introduction of new IT services and SaaS solutions, from technical assessment and security/compliance review through procurement and operational onboarding.

The position reports directly to the Head of IT and will act as operational deputy when required.

This is a senior specialist role with broad responsibility and autonomy, but it does not include people management responsibilities.

About you

You are an experienced and self-driven IT professional who is comfortable taking ownership and delivering results without requiring detailed direction. You can work across multiple technical and operational areas, coordinate suppliers and stakeholders, prioritize competing demands, and drive activities through to completion.

You do not need to be the deepest technical expert in every area. More important is your ability to assess situations, engage the right expertise when needed, make sound operational decisions, and ensure successful outcomes.

• Bachelors degree in relevant area

• Relevant professional experience in Corporate IT, IT operations, workplace technology or IT service delivery.

• Practical experience withMicrosoft 365, Entra ID, endpoint management and identity/access processes.

• Experience coordinatingmanaged-service providers or other external IT specialists.

• Experience with incident, request, problem and change processes.

• Strong organizational, prioritization and communication skills.

• Professional English in an international working environment.
