Job Title: Senior IT Project Manager – Technology Delivery
Location: Raleigh, NC – Hybrid
Duration: 10+ Months, with potential extension
Long Term Contract

We are seeking an experiencedSenior IT Project Manager to lead SaaS technology implementations involving new and custom integrations. This role will partner with business, technology, security, vendor, and support teams to deliver high-visibility initiatives with strong planning, execution, and stakeholder communication.
 
What You’ll Do
  • Lead end-to-endSaaS implementations and technology integration projects.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate internal technology teams, business stakeholders, vendors, security, data, and support teams.
  • Manage multiple parallel workstreams while maintaining visibility into priorities, risks, and dependencies.
  • Create and maintainRAID logs, status reports, decision logs, timelines, meeting notes, and executive updates.
  • Facilitate meetings with technology and business leaders, drive decisions, and track action items to closure.
  • Provide clear, concise, and timely project updates to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Identify blockers and risks early and drive resolution or escalation.
  • Manage delivery using aWaterfall methodology while adapting to changing priorities.
 
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of IT/Technology Project Management experience.
  • Proven experience leadingSaaS implementations with new or custom integrations.
  • Experience managing multiple workstreams across business, technology, vendors, and support teams.
  • Strong experience with project planning, risk/issue management, dependencies, and executive reporting.
  • Excellent meeting facilitation, communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate, leadership-ready project documentation.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced technology environment.
 
Preferred
  • Experience with complex enterprise SaaS implementations.
  • Experience with integration-heavy technology initiatives.
  • Experience working with third-party vendors and internal technology teams.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification.
