Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple large IT projects from initiation through completion following PMO methodologies.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
- Gather and analyze user and business requirements to support IT system implementations.
- Develop project schedules, manage resources, and track project progress against critical paths.
- Report project status, risks, and accomplishments to management and steering committees.
- Ensure that documentation, guidelines, and organizational procedures are followed throughout all phases.
- Coordinate analysis, design, development, testing, training, and implementation activities.
- Support business planning related to budgeting, scheduling, and workload forecasting.
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and ensure alignment among departments and leadership.
- Rely on technical experience, initiative, and strong judgment to meet project goals and organizational objectives.
- Minimum 6 years of IT project management experience, preferably in healthcare systems.
- Proven experience implementing OpTime, Cupid, and Radiant modules in large, multi-hospital settings.
- Strong knowledge of project lifecycle management, risk assessment, and quality assurance.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency with standard project management tools and methodologies.
- PMP certification preferred.
