About the Role

We're seeking a Senior IT Product Manager to guide the strategy, development, and ongoing support of enterprise applications focused on Privacy and Vendor Risk Management.

You'll partner with business leaders to build product roadmaps, prioritize enhancements, and translate operational needs into practical technology solutions. The role combines product management with hands-on platform oversight, vendor coordination, and exploration of AI capabilities that improve business processes.

This is a senior individual-contributor position requiring independent ownership and close collaboration with Legal, Compliance, Data Privacy, Vendor Management, and Cyber Risk teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business product leaders to define product vision, development strategy, and implementation plans.

• Build and maintain roadmaps that align business priorities, platform capabilities, and delivery timelines.

• Gather stakeholder feedback and review vendor roadmaps to identify useful enhancements.

• Configure, enhance, and maintain OneTrust modules supporting Privacy and Vendor Risk Management.

• Translate AI research and business needs into prototypes, product features, and actionable delivery plans.

• Guide application design with a focus on usability, scalability, and ease of maintenance.

• Coordinate technical integrations and improvements to data management and operational processes.

• Identify gaps between current and target technology architecture and recommend modernization approaches.

• Evaluate and pilot emerging technologies to expand platform capabilities.

• Manage vendor relationships, deliverables, and service-level expectations.

• Oversee platform maintenance, governance, and support-ticket resolution within established SLAs.

• Maintain project tracking and reporting, support budget reviews, and communicate progress and technical tradeoffs to senior stakeholders.

• Ensure platform operations remain aligned with corporate policies.

Required Qualifications

• At least five years of product management, platform management, or technical program management experience in an enterprise environment.

• Experience supporting SaaS platforms, ideally OneTrust or a comparable governance, risk, compliance, or privacy application.

• Experience leading technical integrations, developing practical solutions, and managing vendors.

• Experience working with AI or advanced analytics, including incorporating capabilities into product roadmaps and supporting prototyping and implementation.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical decisions to business stakeholders and influence senior leaders.

• Strong prioritization, planning, and delivery skills.

• Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and coordinate across business and technology teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting Privacy, Compliance, Legal, or Vendor Risk functions.

• Hands-on OneTrust configuration experience.

• OneTrust certification.

• An advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
