Job Summary

Seeking aSenior IT Analyst/Programmer with strong expertise inMicrosoft Power Platform and Power BI to support reporting, automation, application development, and system maintenance within a healthcare technology environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and maintain custom software and reporting solutions.
• Develop reporting and automation solutions usingPower Platform and Power BI.
• Evaluate technical approaches and provide recommendations to teams and leadership.
• Maintain and enhance applications to ensure functionality and reliability.
• Support multiple systems and complex software applications.
• Develop and maintain system requirements, designs, documentation, and technical plans.
• Collaborate with business, technical, and vendor teams to resolve issues and support applications.
• Provide technical and project leadership while working independently.
• Participate in Agile development using2-week sprints and Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Support reporting and automation for the SOFT Lab information system.

• Master's degree in an applicable field preferred.
