Position Overview

We are seeking aSenior Integration Developer to design, build, and maintain enterprise integrations supporting Salesforce ITSM implementations. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing APIs, building middleware integrations, supporting migration initiatives, and ensuring reliable system interoperability.

This role will work closely with Salesforce Developers, Data Engineers, Architects, and business teams to enable seamless data exchange across enterprise ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

Integration Development

• Develop and maintain Salesforce integrations with enterprise applications.
• Build APIs and integration services using industry best practices.
• Design real-time and batch integration processes.
• Support enterprise messaging and event-driven architectures.

Salesforce ITSM Support

• Integrate Salesforce with:
  • CMDB Platforms
  • Asset Management Systems
  • Identity Providers
  • ERP Applications
  • Monitoring Platforms
  • HR Systems
  • Collaboration Platforms
• Support synchronization of incident, change, problem, and asset data.

API Development

• Develop and maintain:
  • REST APIs
  • SOAP Services
  • Webhooks
  • Platform Events
  • Change Data Capture Integrations
• Ensure security and performance requirements are met.

Testing & Support

• Execute integration testing and troubleshooting.
• Monitor integration performance and reliability.
• Resolve interface failures and data synchronization issues.
• Support deployment and release activities.

Collaboration

• Participate in Agile ceremonies and project planning.
• Work closely with business analysts and technical teams.
• Guide junior integration developers.

Required Qualifications

Experience

• 5-7 years of IT experience.
• Minimum 3+ years of integration development experience.
• Hands-on Salesforce integration project experience.

• Experience with Azure DevOps or Git-based release management.
