Senior Infrastructure Engineer/Architect

Build, Secure & Evolve a Modern Cloud Environment
An opportunity for an experienced infrastructure engineer to take ownership of cloud engineering initiatives, strengthen enterprise technology platforms, and help drive the next phase of infrastructure modernization. This position combines hands-on technical work with architectural decision-making, automation, security, and continuous improvement across cloud and on-premises environments.
Areas of Focus

• Infrastructure Automation: Develop repeatable deployment processes and eliminate manual tasks using PowerShell, Terraform, Bicep, and Microsoft Graph.
• Identity & Access Security: Strengthen authentication and access controls across the enterprise using Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, privileged identity management, and passwordless technologies.
• Platform Reliability: Investigate infrastructure incidents, identify underlying causes, improve system stability, and maintain the availability of business-critical services.
• Cloud Engineering: Build and enhance Azure-based environments, including compute, storage, networking, and integrations with existing enterprise systems.
• Operational Visibility: Improve monitoring, logging, and alerting to identify performance bottlenecks, capacity concerns, and potential service disruptions.
• Technology Modernization: Contribute to cloud migrations, infrastructure upgrades, architectural improvements, and the adoption of emerging technologies.
• Governance & Risk Reduction: Translate security and compliance requirements into practical technical controls, policies, and configuration standards.
• Microsoft Platform Administration: Maintain and improve Microsoft 365 services, Windows Server environments, Active Directory, Group Policy, and endpoint management.
• Business Continuity: Help maintain resilient infrastructure through backup strategies, recovery planning, patch management, and vulnerability remediation.
• Cloud Efficiency: Identify opportunities to reduce unnecessary cloud spending while improving resource utilization, scalability, and performance.

• At least 5 years of experience in cloud infrastructure engineering, technical architecture, or enterprise infrastructure.
• Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Azure and hybrid cloud environments.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform or Bicep and PowerShell-based automation.
• Strong understanding of cloud networking, including virtual networks, VPNs, ExpressRoute, and hybrid connectivity.
• Experience implementing identity security, privileged access controls, and modern authentication.
• Familiarity with cloud monitoring, centralized logging, policy enforcement, and compliance controls.
• Background supporting Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and Microsoft 365.
• Ability to diagnose complex technical problems and collaborate effectively with security, engineering, and IT operations teams.
• Experience with infrastructure resilience, disaster recovery, and performance or cost optimization.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience; relevant technical certifications are beneficial.
