Job Overview

We are seeking aSenior Implementation Engineer – Tulip MES to design, configure, and deploy digital manufacturing solutions across pharmaceutical production facilities. The role focuses on implementingTulip-based MES applications supporting Electronic Batch Records (eBR), real-time production monitoring, digital work instructions, and quality workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and configureTulip MES applications for:
  • Electronic Batch Records (eBR)
  • Weigh & Dispense processes
  • Equipment setup, cleaning, and line clearance
  • In-process quality checks and sampling workflows
• Integrate Tulip with:
  • SAP ERP
  • LIMS
  • SCADA/PLC systems
  • IoT and shop-floor devices
• Develop integrations usingREST APIs, SQL, and Python
• Support validation activities includingURS, FRS, IQ, OQ, and PQ
• Ensure compliance withGMP/GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, CSV, and GAMP 5
• Deploy solutions across DEV, TEST, and PROD environments
• Provide UAT, go-live, troubleshooting, and production support
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Validation, and IT teams

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience inMES, Manufacturing IT, or Digital Manufacturing
• 3+ years of hands-onTulip MES implementation experience
• Strong experience with:
  • Tulip Platform
  • REST APIs
  • SQL
  • Python
  • SAP Integration
  • LIMS Integration
  • PLC/SCADA Connectivity
• Experience inPharma, Biotech, or Animal Health manufacturing
• Strong understanding of:
  • Batch manufacturing processes
  • GMP/GxP
  • 21 CFR Part 11
  • CSV/GAMP 5 validation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with multi-site MES deployments
• Exposure to Industry 4.0 and IoT-enabled manufacturing
• LabVantage integration experience
• AWS or Azure exposure
