Job Title: Global Cybersecurity IAM Senior Analyst
Primary Location: Remote - Candidates must reside in United States
Position Type: Contract - W-2, 12 months, with conversion potential
Overview
TalentFish is casting a line for a Global Cybersecurity IAM Senior Analyst. This is a 12-month W-2 contract role, fully remote within the U.S., with strong potential to convert to a permanent position. The reason this position exists is to add senior Identity and Access Management capacity to a global cybersecurity team. This person will act as a subject matter expert across identity governance, privileged access, and authentication. They will also lead hands-on Saviynt administration, access reviews, and IAM projects from planning through operational handoff.
What You Bring to the Role
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, or a related field
- 6+ years of Identity and Access Management experience, with in-depth knowledge of IAM concepts, technologies, and frameworks
- Hands-on experience supporting or implementing an Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platform (required). Saviynt Identity Cloud is strongly preferred; SailPoint, Oracle, or a similar enterprise IGA platform will be considered
- Experience with Access Management tools such as Microsoft Azure, Okta, Oracle, or Ping Identity
- Knowledge of or experience with Privileged Access Management solutions such as Delinea (Thycotic/Centrify), BeyondTrust, or CyberArk
- Knowledge of or experience with Multi-Factor Authentication technology such as Azure AD MFA, Duo, or Okta
- Strong understanding of security principles, access controls, authentication protocols, role-based access control (RBAC), least privilege, and segregation of duties
- Expertise in identity lifecycle management, including provisioning, deprovisioning, access requests, entitlement management, and access reviews
- Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements, including SOX, HIPAA, PCI DSS, GDPR, and PIPL
- Knowledge of information security risk management and compliance frameworks, including ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type 2, and NIST 800-30
- Ability to translate technical and security concepts into clear business language for executives and stakeholders
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills across complex IAM, integration, authentication, and access issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication, project administration, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a demanding, deadline-driven environment, both independently and across teams
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Preferred: Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud experience, including integrating Oracle applications with an IGA platform and supporting SoD controls
- A plus: CISSP, CISM, or IAM certifications; experience deploying passwordless authentication; knowledge of Customer IAM (CIAM)
What You'll Do
- Serve as a subject matter expert for IAM solutions, including IGA, Active Directory, PAM, identity synchronization and provisioning, and public key infrastructure (PKI)
- Configure and maintain Saviynt connectors and onboard applications such as Microsoft Entra ID, Oracle EBS, and Salesforce, from requirements gathering through configuration, testing, deployment, and ongoing support
- Design, launch, and manage user access review and certification campaigns in Saviynt, including configuration, completion tracking, escalation, and remediation
- Build and maintain segregation of duties (SoD) rulesets and mitigating controls, and support SoD violation review and remediation
- Configure Saviynt access request workflows, rules, and approval processes, and use Saviynt analytics and reporting to monitor performance and support audit evidence
- Troubleshoot IGA workflows, provisioning failures, connector and integration issues, access requests, and identity lifecycle processing
- Manage day-to-day IAM operations, resolve escalations, and oversee automated identity lifecycle, provisioning, access request, and governance processes
- Lead IAM projects from planning through implementation, including requirements gathering, resource coordination, timeline management, testing, deployment, and operational transition
- Support the development, enforcement, and remediation of IAM policies, standards, procedures, and controls aligned with regulatory requirements
- Participate in audits and access management process walkthroughs, address control deficiencies, and provide accurate, timely audit evidence
- Identify IAM risks, implement mitigations, and lead the response and resolution of IAM-related security incidents
- Develop IAM metrics, KPIs, and concise reports for senior leadership on program progress and IAM posture
- Evaluate IAM tools and technologies, articulate the company's IAM strategy, and recommend solutions that meet business needs
- Collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, application, audit, and business teams to integrate IAM solutions across the enterprise
- Perform other duties as assigned
Compensation Information
The expected salary range for this position is $40 - $63 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. This role also qualifies for comprehensive benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off. TalentFish is committed to pay transparency and equal opportunity.
