Senior HR Advisor

Adaptfy is growing! We are looking for a Senior HR Advisor with 6+ years of experience, to join our HR team in Amsterdam office.

What you will do

• Handle day-to-day HR operations for Adaptfy and Metyis: onboarding week and offboarding, contracts and employee changes, absence management, documentation, and employee questions

• Advise leadership and employees on people matters, from performance conversations and employee relations to engagement, and help translate insights into practical actions while challenging where needed

• Support leadership discussions by bringing relevant people insights, priorities, and actions to the table

• Ensure compliance with Dutch employment law and translate global policies into practical procedures for Adaptfy

• Run HR cycles such as performance management

• Contribute to cross-functional and international HR projects across Metyis

What you will bring

• A bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus

• 6+ years of HR experience, ideally in international, scale-up, consulting or professional services environments

• Solid knowledge of Dutch employment law experience in both HR advice and operations

• Excellent Dutch and English, both spoken and written

• A proactive, pragmatic and structured way of working: you spot what needs to be done and roll up your sleeves

• Eagerness to learn: you actively seek out feedback and new knowledge

• The courage to stand your ground, even when your advice is not what people want to hear

• The ability to build trust with a wide range of people and to handle complex, confidential matters with care
