Senior Graphic Designer

We’re looking for aSenior Graphic Designer who can create high-quality visual content for our marketing campaigns, social media, website, and product promotions. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Design: Create graphics, carousels, banners, and other visual content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media platforms.

• Marketing Creatives: Design creatives for paid advertising campaigns, email marketing, product launches, and promotional campaigns.

• Branding: Maintain consistency in Careerflow’s visual identity across all marketing channels.

• Website & Landing Pages: Design website banners, landing page graphics, and other digital marketing assets.

• Video & Motion Graphics: Create basic animations, GIFs, and motion graphics for social media and marketing campaigns when required.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and content teams to turn ideas and briefs into effective visual designs.

• Creative Research: Stay updated on design trends, competitor creatives, and new tools to improve the quality of our visual content.

• Project Management: Manage multiple design requests, meet deadlines, and maintain quality across deliverables.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a startup, SaaS, technology, or digital marketing company.

• A strong portfolio showcasing social media designs, marketing creatives, and branding work.

• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.

• Good understanding of typography, color theory, layouts, and visual hierarchy.

• Experience creating designs for social media and digital advertising campaigns.

• Ability to understand briefs and translate them into clear, engaging visuals.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects independently.

• Good communication skills and willingness to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
