• Job Title: Senior Full Stack Software Engineer – Operational Efficiency (OE) Platforms & AI Solutions

Must-Have Technical / Functional Skills

• 8+ years of full-stack software development experience.

• Strong experience with Next.js, TypeScript, and Python.

• Experience with PostgreSQL and Drizzle ORM and/or SQLAlchemy ORM.

• Strong knowledge of REST APIs and microservices architecture.

• Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases.

• Experience with Azure and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services.

• Full-stack development and AI experience with:

  • GCP AI ecosystem for one of the four positions.

  • Azure AI ecosystem for the other three positions.

• Proficiency in Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.

• Experience integrating AI into the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

• Hands-on experience implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.

• Experience evaluating Large Language Models (LLMs).

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and scale cloud-native applications supporting Operational Excellence (OE) initiatives and AI solutions.

• Build solutions for the following initiatives:

  • Design Automation.

  • Design Validation.

  • Permit Automation.

  • Obi – new-joiner onboarding concierge.

  • NOVA – AI-powered workflow orchestration.

• Develop modern web applications, APIs, and enterprise integrations.

• Design and implement cloud-native solutions using Azure and/or GCP.

• Build scalable microservices and event-driven architectures.

• Support CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and application security standards.

• Integrate AI and LLM capabilities into business workflows.

• Collaborate with architects, product owners, and business stakeholders.

• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical standards and best practices.
