We are looking for aSenior Full Stack Java Developer across the project of the client from the banking sector. Main tasks and accountabilities will be:

Collaborate within a cross-functional, agile team.
Own the full software delivery lifecycle: design, implement, deploy, release, and monitor applications.
Translate business needs into technical solutions by partnering with colleagues across various divisions.
Work alongside Solution Architects to design software solutions aligned with the Bank's overall architecture vision.
Engage actively in internal Software Engineering communities by sharing knowledge and supporting peers.
Conduct pull request reviews and deliver high-quality code that adheres to engineering guidelines and standards.

What UST expects from you?

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent proven working experience.
Minimum of seven years of Java development experience.
Minimum of three years of Frontend / Full-Stack development experience.

Financial domain expertise: core banking systems
Proven delivery experience using test-oriented development approaches, including:
- Test-Driven Development (TDD)
- Behavior-Driven Development (BDD)
Strong appreciation for automated testing and quality assurance measures.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern deployment concepts.
English C1 level with fluent business proficiency.

Bonus:

Experience with AI-assisted coding tools such as Claude Code or similar.
