Senior Full Stack Developer (JS)

Our technology department is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer (JS) who combines extensive web engineering experience with applied AI knowledge. You will help transform complex requirements into dependable digital experiences for a broad audience. The team values technical curiosity, collaborative delivery, and a high standard of software craftsmanship. In this position, you will have meaningful input into platform evolution and end-to-end product development

Responsibilities

• Own the architecture and production release of web applications that unite JavaScript ecosystems with intelligent automation features
• Partner with product stakeholders, user experience specialists, and analysts to turn business needs into clear implementation plans
• Refine client applications and service layers to increase speed, stability, and overall user satisfaction
• Operationalize neural models and AI-powered tools within live environments while maintaining robust security controls
• Produce readable, extensible code and supporting documentation that align with recognized development principles
• Establish thorough quality assurance practices covering isolated components, connected services, and complete user workflows
• Operate build tooling, CI pipelines, and automated routines to make software delivery more efficient
• Help less experienced developers advance through thoughtful feedback, peer reviews, and technical mentoring
• Troubleshoot difficult operational failures across the application stack and supporting infrastructure
• Participate in long-term technical strategy discussions and help strengthen engineering practices across the business

Requirements

• A minimum of three years in commercial software development roles with progressively greater technical responsibility
• Broad command of full stack architecture, from user-facing presentation layers to resilient backend platforms
• Strong theoretical and practical understanding of AI concepts, algorithm integration, and intelligent feature design
• Expertise in JavaScript for high-performance interactive applications and event-driven asynchronous workflows
• Demonstrated React experience developing modular interfaces and managing sophisticated client-side behavior
• Solid Node.js background in building scalable APIs, distributed services, and microservice-based systems
• Practical Python skills for data transformation, AI platform integration, or creation of backend utilities
• Previous exposure to Java when connecting enterprise applications and implementing dependable service frameworks
• Understanding of Go for high-concurrency server development and lightweight technical tools
• Hands-on use of Testify to build reliable test cases and verification checks
• Ability to configure Webpack for module packaging, code splitting, and frontend performance improvements
• Experience leveraging Jest to execute JavaScript test suites and snapshot checks
• Familiarity with Karma for conducting browser-compatible automated testing
• Knowledge of Mocha for structuring adaptable asynchronous test scenarios and assertions
• Experience using Gulp for build automation, asset compression, and recurring development scripts
• Awareness of Grunt for supporting older build pipelines and task-runner setups
• Professional written and verbal English at B2 proficiency or higher for international collaboration
