Senior Full Stack Developer (JS)

Our company is looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer (JS) who can combine advanced web engineering with applied machine learning knowledge. You will contribute to products designed for complex scenarios and large numbers of users. Responsibilities

• Shape and release resilient web applications using current JavaScript ecosystems alongside intelligent decision-making functionality
• Align with product leads, designers, and data specialists on implementation priorities, system expectations, and measurable outcomes
• Enhance frontend and backend behavior to deliver quick interactions, dependable processing, and a polished customer experience
• Operationalize machine learning capabilities and AI integrations within secure production environments
• Maintain a high code standard by producing clean implementations, useful documentation, and sustainable technical designs
• Protect product quality by planning and performing unit, integration, and end-to-end testing activities
• Operate and improve build automation and CI workflows to reduce friction in the delivery process
• Encourage the growth of early-career engineers through detailed reviews and practical mentorship
• Analyze difficult cross-stack defects and restore service stability through effective problem resolution
• Participate in technical strategy and help introduce forward-looking engineering approaches across the department

Requirements

• Minimum three-year history in software engineering, demonstrating a progression toward greater technical accountability
• Comprehensive knowledge of full stack architecture involving interactive web clients and robust server-side platforms
• Applied and theoretical familiarity with AI, machine learning techniques, and algorithmic software features
• High proficiency in JavaScript, including responsive UI development and non-blocking programming patterns
• Experience building React-based applications with reusable components and advanced state-handling patterns
• Competence in Node.js development for asynchronous endpoints, microservices, and scalable backend operations
• Practical Python skills for working with datasets, connecting AI capabilities, or creating backend helper services
• Previous work with Java for enterprise application integration and stable service development
• Foundational understanding of Go for concurrent backend workloads and systems utilities
• Ability to build automated checks and test suites using Testify
• Experience applying Webpack to manage bundles, optimize assets, and organize code into efficient chunks
• Familiarity with Jest as a framework for validating modern JavaScript codebases
• Experience using Karma to coordinate test execution in different browsers
• Working knowledge of Mocha for asynchronous test scenarios and customizable test structures
• Ability to use Gulp for build automation, asset minification, and scripted development tasks
• Exposure to Grunt-based projects and legacy task automation practices
• Written and spoken English at B2 level or above for collaboration in an international setting

Nice to have

• Active involvement in community-maintained AI codebases or machine learning open-source efforts
• Experience with AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure for operating containerized services built in JavaScript or Python
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis as tools for storing, retrieving, and accelerating application data
• Understanding of GraphQL as an approach for efficient and adaptable API data access
• Experience incorporating secure coding measures and evaluating web systems for potential security weaknesses
