Responsibilities

• Drive the technical design and deployment of scalable web systems built with modern JavaScript tools and advanced intelligence capabilities
• Work closely with product owners, design partners, and data specialists to establish functional priorities and technical direction
• Enhance the efficiency of frontend interfaces and backend services to ensure smooth experiences and rapid system behavior
• Securely introduce predictive models and cognitive technologies into operational production environments
• Write clean, future-ready source code with detailed documentation and adherence to accepted coding practices
• Deliver strong software reliability through planned unit, integration, and end-to-end verification activities
• Configure and refine compilation processes, continuous integration pipelines, and automation workflows to accelerate releases
• Coach developing programmers through collaborative inspections and a culture of continuous technical learning
• Locate and resolve challenging defects that span multiple services, systems, and infrastructure components
• Help direct architectural strategy and promote modern engineering methods throughout the wider organization

Requirements

• At least three years of experience in professional software engineering with a pattern of advancing technical leadership
• Thorough understanding of full stack development principles for both rich client applications and robust server environments
• Extensive applied and conceptual expertise in AI, algorithmic solutions, and machine learning-powered functionality
• Advanced JavaScript fluency for creating fast-loading web applications and coordinating asynchronous execution
• Extensive experience using React to build composable UI elements and manage intricate state interactions
• Capability in Node.js server engineering for high-throughput APIs, asynchronous processing, and distributed services
• Demonstrated Python experience for handling data, linking AI systems, or producing backend tools
• Prior Java experience supporting enterprise integrations and stable application-service layers
• Working understanding of Go for implementing concurrent backend microservices and development utilities
• Practical background using Testify to develop repeatable checks and robust test coverage
• Skill in Webpack configuration for sophisticated bundling, asset optimization, and code partitioning
• Experience with Jest for running JavaScript-focused automated tests and verification routines
• Background configuring Karma to execute tests in varied browser contexts
• Working knowledge of Mocha for writing flexible tests of asynchronous application logic
• Experience with Gulp for streamlining builds, reducing asset size, and orchestrating scripted tasks
• Familiarity with Grunt for maintaining inherited build automation and project task routines
• Professional English communication at B2 level or above in both spoken and written formats
